Cost to be part of DVC?

Hello,

The amount of time is 49 years and the cost is 112.00 a point (if I remember correctly) with a minimum of 160 points. Plus you must pay 5.00 a point every year for maintenance fee.

Donna

$112 a point? and that covers 49 years?

and you get that total every year?

so say I want 250 pts each year

it%26#39;ll cost me $28,000?

bryguy - yes, that%26#39;s the upfront cost. You will also pay an annual ';maintenance fee'; of approx $5 per point.

We are DVC members and have been for 5 years, so if you have a specific questions, send me a PM, and I will try to answer or point you in the right direction.

Beth

Yes, you would pay the one time cost of approx. 25,000. Then you take the amount of points you buy and multiply it by 5.00 for the amount of the annual maintenance fee%26#39;s. Different days of the week, different room views and sizes and different times of the year cost different point amounts. Depending on how many points you buy (160 minimum) you can get two weeks vacation a year in a studio or one week in a larger one or two bedroom villa. You also don%26#39;t have to use the points a week at a time. You can book as many days as you like.

It is a really good plan.
