Restaurant with toddler

My husband, inlaws, 14 month old and myself will be staying at the Blind Pass Condos in June. This is our first trip to Blind Pass and Southwest Florida. I am looking for restaurants (generally dinner) that are ';kid friendly.'; I also wondered if there were any suggestions regarding grocery shopping and bicycle rental. Thanks!

It%26#39;s been a long while since I had to deal with kid friendly restaurant issues, but I have to say that there wasn%26#39;t a restaurant on Sanibel (I%26#39;ve been to most)that didn%26#39;t accommodate children. Ones I might suggest are Hungary Huron and Cheeburger, Cheeburger.

Sanibel is very family friendly.

We like Island Cow, matzaluna, Lighthouse Cafe - breakfast and lunch, Lazy Flamingo with our kids. Also get ice cream at Pinnochios.

Bike rentals at Billy%26#39;s or Finnemores%26#39;s. You can rent a bike either with a bike trailer or a bike seat for your little one.

There are two grocery stores on the island. Bailey%26#39;s and Jerrys. Both of them are great stores. There is a Publix off the island, but very close to the causeway.

Bailey%26#39;s and Jerrys can deliver and stock your condo for you if you like, for a fee.

I%26#39;d add Timbers, to the already great list.

There are also 2 small stores - 1 at Blind Pass and the other in the village area of Captiva. You wouldn%26#39;t want to do your main shopping there but they will save you from driving all the way back down to Jerry%26#39;s or Bailey%26#39;s for things like bread, milk, beer etc.
