tri-rail from miami to boca raton and back

Hi,

I am going to Boca Raton next week. My plane will arrive at Miami airport at early morning and I am thinking to get tri-rail until Boca Raton and come back few days after. Questions:

-Is tri-rail reliable, I mean, there are not long delays?

-It is a safe transport?

-At railstation in Boca, it is easy to take a cab to my hotel?

Generally reliable. But it runs along the busy SE corridor. Occasionally it hits something or someone - which can occasion long delays of a couple of hours.

Very safe - for passengers.

There are usually cabs waiting for the train.
