Alamo car rental warning

My wife and I traveled to Fort Myers, FL Feb 15-21. We picked up car upon arrival

Feb 15, 2009 at 12:19 PM from Southwest Florida International Terminal. While loading our luggage I noticed black marks or scratches on the rear bumper. This was the only sedan that was available when we arrived. When we pulled up to the check out booth I got out of the car and pointed out the marks on the rear and front bumpers and the attendant said that they were not worried about minor damage like that, only large damage or dents.

We are very disappointed in the Pursuit of a claim made towards us when we were parked at a resort for most of the time we were in Fort Myers, FL and we knew those Marks were on the car when we check it out.

I seem to recall some other past post with similar problem and I don%26#39;t remember the company. I would suggest taking photos and/or having attendant sign off on these.

I filed a dispute with Alamo and will keep you informed on our claim.
