Great margaritas with ocean view???

Boss will be in town with our Favorite client in a few weeks . After working hard all day, they would like to have a great drink at a great location with a water view.

Your best ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Will these clients be expecting somewhere upscale or are you asking for a typical casual beach joint? I would hate to send your boss and favourite client to the ';wrong'; sort of place!

However, I%26#39;ll start by suggesting Aruba Beach Cafe in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. It is right at the pier / Commercial Blvd.

I shy away from the main strip, because of numerous reasons (parking for starters), but Beach Place does have some fun watering holes.

And for a spot on the Intra-Coastal Waterway (watch the yachts sail by), there is either Shooters or Taverna Opa at Bridgeside (south of the Oakland Park Blvd. bridge / east side of the Intra-coastal off A1A).

If you want somewhere upscale I would do Cero @ the Ritz Carlton -- they have a lounge area outside for drinks, great spot with a great view.

Another place you may consider is H2O which is directly across the street from the beach and a great place to dine/drink outside. You can see several pictures on the web site slide show.
