Cocoa Beach 5/16-5/23 Any decent nightlife?

30yo male and 28yo female married couple staying in Cocoa Beach 5/16-5/23. We are staying at a timeshare place that I got on a trade called ';Caribbean %26amp; Dream buildings at Ocean Landing. First question is does anyone know anything about this place, its quality, location, etc.? Also. We plan on relaxing on the beach a good bit during the day but would like to find a few things to do on a couple of days. What are the best things to do during the day there. And we REALLY want to know if there is any good nightlife in the area. Fun, younger bars, nightclubs, beach bars with laid-back, drunken patrons.... Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

The Caribbean %26amp; Dream bldg%26#39;s are two 5 story condos at the Ocean Landings Resort.They overlook the ocean and are centrally located in the CCB area.I%26#39;ve owned a timeshare there for years so I don%26#39;t think you%26#39;ll be disappointed.CCB is not the Ritz so don%26#39;t go with Las Vegas expectations and you%26#39;ll be fine.Make sure you get rooms in the %26#39;C%26#39; or %26#39;D%26#39; bldgs because the other rooms at the resort are converted motel rooms and are not as new as the ones out on the ocean.The property sits directly across from Denny%26#39;s on A1A.

There are plenty of Places to eat and drink.If you want to socialize with laid-back drunken patrons%26#39;The Beach Shack%26#39;(my favorite) has live music and has quite a show on the weekends!The %26#39;Port%26#39; has the best concentration of bars and restraunts in the area,but there are good places to eat and drink all over the area.Nightlife is everywhere (young %26amp; old).

I%26#39;ll be at the Landing from May 6th thru the 20th,maybe I%26#39;ll run into you at the Tiki-bar there on the property.I%26#39;ll be in D509 if you have any other questions.
