Lost Our Heads

I was wondering if the Lego store in Downtown Disney was replacement parts or just sets? My boys are just getting into them, however they lose the heads and hands regularly. I would love to know if I can stock up on some. Also, my understanding is DD opens at around 11 each day? My new family tradition is to eat ice cream for breakfast, do you know where we can get some early? Thanks

Lost Our Heads

They sell sets or packs of bricks. My grandchildren love it there ,mind you thats when they can get past all the adults building there dream places lol

The Market Place section of Downtown Disney, where the Lego store is located, opens at 9:00 AM.

You can get ice cream at the Ghirardelli ice cream shop at DTD, which also opens at 9:00, I believe.

Oh, just found the soda fountain/ice cream portion of Ghirardelli%26#39;s doesn%26#39;t open until 10:30 AM.

Sorry for the misinformation.

Kat_Cubs_fan thats unlike you:)

Well, I just didn%26#39;t read closely enough.

The chocolate store opens at 9:30, but the soda fountain hours were listed separately, so I missed it the first time around.

Too many things going on with me today, I think.

I鈥檓 not sure about heads and hands in particular, but they do sell blocks in bulk. They鈥檝e got things set up kind of like one of those candy stores. They have a room lined floor to ceiling with hoppers of blocks in all sorts of sizes and colors. They charge X dollars for a small cup of blocks and Y dollars for a large cup of blocks. I didn鈥檛 pay that close attention to what all they had or the price structure, but that鈥檚 the general idea. My guess is they鈥檇 have replacement heads too.

They did lots of single lego bricks to buy but I cant say if they sold individual heads/ hands..i do know what you mean, my boys are the same! I know they did a create your own lego figures where you got to make three figures in a small neck pouch. Have you tried lego.com I know they sell individual heads but not hands I got some from them at christmas.

They have individual pieces but from my understanding you can%26#39;t buy them like that... it%26#39;s like a build your own person buffet of lego man pieces, but you have to make 3 entire whole people and buy them that way.

I have to admit losing my head once or twice. But the lego store is excellent for replacements.

I like the chunky look. Although it does scare people in dark alleys.

I want to go on Holiday with your family

Ice Cream for Breakfast, it doesn%26#39;t get much better than that :)
