Butler Blvd/Southpoint

We will be stopping in Jacksonville for one night on the south. Hotwire has a 3.5 star hotel for $56. Is this a decent area? Any idea what hotel it might be?

Thanks

Jacksonville is a city of huge area. It seems like you mean the hotel is somewhere in the south part. Can%26#39;t even start to guess with any potential for accuracy which hotel this is or where it might be. Suggest you stop along the way and pick up one of the hotel booklets with coupons and just walk into a hotel wtih their coupon and ask for the reduced rate.

I reread your subject line and now understand that you are talking about Butler Blvd/Southpoint. This area is generally fine. It could be one of multiple hotels in the area most of which would fall into the 3.5 star rating class. Some of those are Red Roof, La Quinta, Courtyard Marriott, Jameson Inn, Sheraton. There are others also.

I agree with Spirit. This area is generally fine, and close to restaurants. The hotel won%26#39;t be luxurious, but probably clean and equipped with what you would want for a night%26#39;s stay.

Let us know if we can help you further.

Safe travels!
