3 weeks to go before we%26#39;re off and i%26#39;ve managed to lose 4 1/2 stone (63lbs for american friends). Still not exactly size zero (not even close) but will definately have a better chance of running for the rides at rope drop and charging about for the next fastpass. OMG when you put it like that it sounds more like an assault course than a holiday...still can%26#39;t wait.
feeling good!
Well done. Have a great holiday.
feeling good!
Well Done Indeed
Make sure you wear your trainers and not flip flops, you sound like you will need them for running at top speed :)
trainers and athletic strip at the ready - it%26#39;ll need to be with all the food that we%26#39;ll be eating when we get there.
Congratulations! Your trip to Orlando will be a great reward for all your discipline and hard work. Enjoy yourself and have plenty of treats but don%26#39;t forget to check out Disney%26#39;s healthy options, too. The servers are always very helpful if you ask for dietary advice and for recommendations from the menu.
Wow well done. I started my Disney trip diet yesterday, it lasted one day, today had a bad day, and ate loads of biscuits. SO back on it again tomorrow. I am determined to loose about the same amount as you.
I want to be able to go and actually wear shorts, and have my photo taken, I try to avoid this at all costs.
Plus as I am about to adopt a soon to be 4yr old and soon to be 1yr old little girls, I think I may need to be able to keep up with them.
So well done u, and only 3 weeks to go, ummm think of all those ice-creams and the Funnell cakes ummmm Frozen bananas, shall I keep going. lOL
