11th Street South

I%26#39;ve booked a property on 11th Street South and wondered what is nearby in terms of restaurants, shops, amenities etc. I know that nothing is too far away but wanted to know what is in walking distance?

Also, what is the beach like around here? again, I know that is is much the same as all of the beaches but I wondered is it busy, are there facilities etc?

you are at the south end of anna maria. I like it there and find the southern point of anna maria an interesting place.

you are about 5 blocks or so from beach house - great restaurant on the water - a must go.

- pizza is accross the street from beach house. there are also a few nick nack stores in that area.

The beach near 11th South is nice. It is fairly quite there since the main public beach is just south of you and if people come to Island to visit the beach they will go there or the public beach in Holmes Beach. Have a wonderful stay.

Thanks Florida local. Is there a pancake place on the public beach?

I dont believe so on Coquina beach. There is a real popular one at the Holmes Beach.

Also there is a nice little crepe restaurant on Bridge street ( which is close to you )

Also also, gulf bay cafe has good breaky and that is about 20 blocks north of you. You can walk it really is not that far. :)

Can you tell me is it far to walk to Cortez restaurants such as Star Fish and Anna Maria Oyster Bar?

You could walk to star fish easily...

just go over cortez bridge (near) and you are there...

anna maria oyster bar is a bit far away I´m afraid.

this is on cortez but a bit away from the island on the left hand side!
