evening, we are a middle aged couple doing Disney for the first time, we have booked the ultimate park ticket, how many days should we allow for each park, can we do each one properly in one day or should we allow more time? We have 2 weeks to pack everything in so your input would be much appreciated.

Annie, If you have 2 wks you could certainly spend 2 days at each park but alternate if you wanted to. Like MK one day, Epcot the next and then go back to MK if you desire. Because you%26#39;ll be in Orlando for so long you could do other things as well. Universal, Sea World, Outlet shopping or even drive over to one of the beautiful beaches. Not sure if you%26#39;ll have a car but might want to consider so you have the option of doing other things. Are you staying at Disney or outside? You will be able to sample so many great meals at the wonderful restaurants at Disney. You can go to www.allears.net to look at the menus. There is so much to choose from. 2 wks will be just a grand time. I am certain other TA%26#39;s that know much more than I do will share their great advice here as well. It%26#39;s so helpful. Happy Travels.

Hi Annie,
You have two weeks which is more than enough time. Take things slowly as this is your first visit there is so much to do in Orlando.
We have been 5 times now and will be going again later this year. We always get a 14 day ticket for Disney and will visit each park many many times, sometimes just in the evening to see a show or just to have a lazy afternoon.
I would really suggest you also get tickets for Sea World, this is a must see.
I personally would not bother with Universal on your first visit.
The other must be event you have to do is, Cirque de Solei show in downtown disney, it is a little expensive but is a wonderful, amazing show and you will have the best evening of your life, there are loads of lovely restaurants at downtown disney so you can make a real evening of it. Tip, dont bother going for the expensive seats, not much better than the cheap ones.
Any questions dont hesitate to ask.
And enjoy your holiday.
Are you planning to visit other theme parks other than Disney, like Universal, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center, Gatorland, Holy Land Experience, etc.?
Are you planning to go to any of the four water parks?
If you plan more than just the four main Disney parks, you will have to allocate your time more wisely, but if the four Disney theme parks are all you are interested in, you can easily take 2 days each and cover everything probably more than once.
What time of year are you going?
Don%26#39;t pack it all into big single days - break it up into smaller chunks if you can. Take a few hours off back at the pool, do some shopping etc. You are free to come and go as you please.
