Hi!
I%26#39;ve been to Orlando several times, and visited WDW and Universals, etc. I always loved them. We are going to visit Orlando this weekend again for 5 days. We are planning to SeaWorld and Universal Studios. We%26#39;ll bring my 14 year-old son, and I can%26#39;t decide to go to Aquatica or Wet%26#39;n Wild yet. My son loves water parks, thrill rides and animals. Which would you recommend?
Thank you.
Aquatica or Wet'n Wild?
I don%26#39;t think you will go wrong with either choice. I loved Aquatica. They have a roaring rapids type water ride without the boat. Just you and a life jacket (if you want to wear one) and have the current take you around. They have a few spots where you can get off at any time. I also loved the water jungle gym. For all ages.
Aquatica or Wet'n Wild?
aquatica is my first pick, and although wet%26#39;n%26#39;wild is still good its feels old and worn.
I think with a 14yr old your better in wet n wild there are far more thrill slides such as that crazy one with the rocket and then the guy presses the button and then you just fall really really far!!!
There are so many slides their that you can be sure he%26#39;ll be happy...
i%26#39;d say get there early and go to hubba bubba (or something like that!! its the big one where like 8 people go on together on a big round float!) That one always gets a massive queue!!!
Thank you guys!
They sound so good! We will try to make both of them if time allows it.
I was just reading reviews on Discovery Cove(dolphin place). They are expensive, but apparently offering with its admission unlimited Seaworld passes as well. I have never been to DC, but the reviews on TripAvisor are top notch and it is listed as #1 place to visit on the orlando in Tripadvisor places to go.14 year old might really enjoy!!!
Wet n Wild, Wet n Wild, Wet n Wild!...when i was around 16 years old i went to WnW and had a blast, your son will too!. Trust Me :)
Thrill rides, nice wave pool, family rides as well, you cant go wrong with WnW.
