Hi all.were booked to swim with dolphins in Dec.all except me,can you advise what to wear or do you all have to wear wet suits all day. Thanks in advance.

If it%26#39;s as cold outside as it has been this week, believe me, you%26#39;ll want those wet suits on all day. It%26#39;s been down-right cold every day this week by normal standards in Orlando.
However, after your dolphin swim, I don%26#39;t believe you are ';required'; to wear the suits anywhere else in the park. The water in the other areas is heated, so it will be the air temp that will be the problem with cold.

You can choose a wet suite or a life vest...
actually you have to wear it in every pool in DC.
Lifeguards everywhere and they observe it pretty strict...
I had a wetsuit until after I had swum with the dolphins as there water was quite cold (Dec) then I went and changed it for a vest as the other pools are a lot warmer.
that%26#39;s right bout the vests/suits. it was warmish (we came from uk weather tho!) but rained. u won%26#39;t hav 2 wear %26#39;em if ur just sunbathing.
also the meals there are pretty good. we had xmas day there last yr and it made a change from turkey!!
Since I work with Discovery Cove, I can honestly say that you all answered this perfectly.
Just to give you a more specific idea, noodlewales (quite the name!) the fresh water Resort Pool and Tropical River are maintained at 86F (30C).
The salt water dolphin pools, Stingray Lagoon, and Coral Reef are 77F (25C).
We also have full-length wetsuits, which help keep you warm in and out of the water.
There is also a FAQ that has some more answers about temperatures, what to bring, etc. at https:/鈥n_custcare_faq.aspx
Enjoy your trip!
