waboba ball

My mom just picked up a waboba ball for my son at Beach Stuff on Captiva for $9.95 for those of you not wanting to make an extra stop @ Ron Jon%26#39;s on the way over. She said that there was a good supply of them.

Thanks for the tip! I hope if anyone finds any on Sanibel they post here as well. I hate stopping anywhere after our flight, I just want to get to the island. So I was really hoping I could find a ball in Sanibel.

The Ron Jon at the Gulf Coast Center is less than 5 miles from RSW (intersection of Alico and Ben Hill Griffen Pkwy) and has regular waboba for $9 and a bigger (pro model) for $10. The shopping center also has Bass Pro Shop, Super Target, Costco, Islomorada Fish Co. and other shopping that may be worth the stop.

You take Alico to Tamiami to Gladiolus to Summerlin from there to get to Sanibel (not really much of a detour)

Thanks Fred! That may be really helpful. As much as I hate it, and would rather have my condo provisioned by Baily%26#39;s, I may need to stock up on food at the Super Target and suck it up! We ain%26#39;t living high like we were last year!

Plus I have to get my Waboba ball....

Also Fred, my son needs to go to Bass Pro shop, so this should be very handy, glad you posted this, I never knew it.

Sorry I never checked Winds - maybe a phone call? My hubby and son will be happy to know their new discovery is running amok on the TA boards!

Fred, I may stop at Ron Jon%26#39;s anyways because we have to do the Costco thing. I didn%26#39;t know Costco was in the same shopping center as Ron Jon%26#39;s. It won%26#39;t hurt to have more than 1 waboba ball as I%26#39;m sure my son will lose his!I sent grandma to Capitva for nothing (although she was on Sanibel checking out our rental house anyways!). Somehow I don%26#39;t feel sorry for grandma!!!!Now if only she had listened to me and got some orange crunch cake like I told her to it would have all been worth it!

We picked one up the other day at Sanibel Surf Shop in Jerry%26#39;s Plaza - supplies were low though.

I was just in Walgreens today and they have a ball called Water Bounce for $5.99. It appears to be the same thing as the Waboba as it is a ball that bounces on the water.
