Have heard recently about a Clearwater Beach to Caladesi Island ferry. Seems it is now in operation.

- Drive from Clearwater Beach to Honeymoon Island in Dunedin. About a 25 minute drive.
- Take the ferry from Honeymoon, to Caladesi Island $10, $6 age 6-12. Short 10 minute ride on ferry.
- Are allowed 4 hours on the island.
