New Condos

Looking for a new condo for our summer vacation.

Just wondering what are the new ones and the locations.

There are actually a number of new condos in the area. Let us know specifically what you are looking for - location, family friendly vs luxury, amenities.

I just got back from a trip to look at the area this weekend and was extremely excited with the new PCB!

New Condos

Any location is fine, just looking for somewhere new.

How long has it been since you were down there? Just wondering what you consider to be ';new';. We are also from WI and will be in PCB next month. We%26#39;re staying at the Celadon which I think is a few years old. Not sure about that, though.

We stayed at Majestic Beach Towers in 2007.

What is the make up of your group? There are some newer resorts better for families and some better for adults - off the top of my head newer resorts (built 2006-2009):

I personally like the west end of beach better because it has the new Pier Park close to it (this is totally my own opinion) but that is why I will include it in the descriptions

Aqua (upscale new resort, west end of beach)

Calypso (across the street from pier park-great location-IMO)

Emerald Beach (west end of beach, good amenities, nice new resort)

Palazzo (west end of beach, upscale)

Sterling Breeze (west end of beach, nice condo)

Sunrise Beach (west end of beach, nice condo)

Splash (west end of beach, family locale, very kid friendly)

Seychelles (located on east end of beach, don%26#39;t know much more)

Grand Panama (not sure if they are renting these yet)

Origin at Seahaven (across the street from beach)

Tidewater (west end of beach)

Boardwalk (might have been built in 2005 but still newer, east end of beach)

En Soliel (built in 2003 but still newer and one of the most upscales in the area-located on Thomas dr)

Majestic Beach (probably has the most amentities of any complex on the beach,built 2005-2006, this area can get pretty conjested as far as traffic)

Tresure Island

Ocean Reef

Ocean Ritz

Ocean Villa

Shores of Panama

Sterling Reef

The condos at the end I really don%26#39;t know too much about other than that they are newer.

Hi again

Sterling Breeze i right next door to Tidewater 1 Mi from Pier Park

Palazzo is a little further down going went on the other side of 79

Orgins is right by Emerald Beach and Sunrise Beach around 1 mi from Pier Park

Grand Panama is closer to the middle of everything right in between Sterling Reef and Edgewater

Let me know which one you choose we picked sterling Breeze this yr

We are thinking about going again the first week of August like we did in 2007 since they usually have some good prices starting the first week.

I hope to find a great deal like under 900.00.

We stayed at Palazzo in February 2009 and were very happy with our accommodations. Very upscale. Nice big balcony. Newly opened in March 2008. It is about half a mile west of route 79.
