I%26#39;m planning to stay at comfort suites maingate east in august, can anyone tell me if you get much of a traffic problem when the car rally%26#39;s are on on fridays %26amp; saturdays as i%26#39;m planning to drive %26amp; am a bit worried as to whether we%26#39;ll be able to get back to the hotel unhindered

The car shows won%26#39;t be a big deal for traffic any more than any other event, but traffic along Hwy 192 is very heavy almost any time of day or night during waking hours, regardless of car shows or not.

You should not have a problem because of the car show. They usually keep most of the action inside of Old Town. I would probably just plan to leave a little early, but nothing too major. 192 usually has traffic but I dont think you should be too concerned as it will not hinder your travel plans by much.
