Anyone know the status of the construction of this resort? Thanks.

I drive past a couple days a week. Have not seen any ';construction'; in MONTHS. I heard they cannot get the required permits. There is a problem with getting fire trucks into the planned property among other issues. The marketing director (salesman) has been gone 6 months. For all indicators, the project appears dead.

Pfffttt... I looked over from the bridge two days ago %26amp; there are some stacked cement blocks. I%26#39;d venture to say, even if work was not halted, it would have been at least a year to ';finish'; this building. Will look again today as I have to be in Miami in less than 2 hours.
